Dew Drop Wellness President Delphine Davidson  teaches workshops throughout California & Five classes a week for you to choose from:

Friday evenings 5:30-6:45 – Gentle Candle Light Slow Flow

(At One Yoga 131 C boatyard shopping center ) http://www.at1yoga.com/)

-A class intended to help you to unwind after a long work week, it is gentle, Sweet, Warm and Easy. You should leave the studio feeling as though you’ve gotten a full body massage. This class is intended to be introspective and calming. It is suitable for tight, or injured bodies. Mild-moderate upper body and core strengthening.


Saturday Morning 9-10:15 – Warm Dynamic Flow

-A more physically demanding class, we crank up the heat  for this class (though it is NOT hot yoga ) , I brew fresh hot  herbal tea for my students and using my trade as a holistic clinical family herbalist; I always give a little talk about the medicinal properties (weight loss, heart health, hormone balancing,  blood sugar balancing calming or invigorating) of the given tea of that day.  A physical practice with special attention to intention, releasing toxicity, stagnation and entanglement, and inviting shift , spirit, trust and FRESHNESS.

Tuesday Morning 7:15-8:15 am- Easy Yoga CV Starr Center  300 S. Lincoln Street • Fort Bragg, CA

This class offers a continuous & gentle series to invite ease & health into your muscles and bones.  Roll out of bed and into a safe; non-competitive yoga class. Designed to make you feel better, healthier and more balanced.  All levels welcomed & encouraged.

Tuesday Evenings 5:30-6:30pm  Easy Going Warm Candle Lit Flow Yoga -Yoga Shine Mendocino (  http://yogashinemendocino.com/ )

-This 60 minute class is designed to encourage relaxation and healing to all systems of your body. It is dedicated to helping you to stretch out and unwind after a long day of work & to feel refreshed and rejuvenated as you step outside of the studio!  It’s a more mellow class with little moments of intensity with deep core strengthening , muscle strengthening and stabilizing .

“Delphine has been teaching Vinyasa flow yoga for  12 years throughout the country. She completed her second 250 hour (Yoga Alliance Accredited) Teacher Training in 2006 and has been weaving the  two sides of her trainings (Ashtanga and Subtle Yoga Flow) ever since. She is a northern California native and her teachings are inspired and informed by her surroundings: the salty sea and the majestic redwoods, as well as the traditions of Ashtanga, Anusara, Kundalini and Sivananda paths of yoga. She focuses on the deliberate deconstruction of each pose to make an invigorated practice available to students of all levels. Students come to her classes for a more physically demanding practice and they recieve this with consistent gentle reminders to follow the bodies’ natural flow and the hearts truth.  Each series is sprinkled with plenty of arm and core strengthening plus hip openers with acute emphasis on taking  care of lower back, knees, hips and shoulders. Her guidance comes from a passion to encourage her students to learn trust in their bodies infinite organizational ability to heal and to find balance both on  and off the yoga mat . “We must be able to trust our bodies strength and integrity in order to find our way through adversity to our true selves.
